Present: Linda Moore, Sean Gawlik, Alecia Loveless, Sally Fitzgerald, and James Gleason (via Zoom)

Absent: Kevin Roy and Jerry Blanchard

Linda Moore opened the meeting at 6:00

 

The board reviewed the Master Plan RFP. They corrected duplicate language and discussed the general terms and conditions. They requested to have the Planning Board attorney look it over and offer feedback.

Once finalized the RFP will be advertised with a bid closing date of June 16^th.

Due to a lack of a quorum the minutes from 1/8/2025 and 1/22/2025 were put on hold until the next meeting on 2/26/25.

Non-public Session per RSA 91A-3 II (personnel, reputation, and legal) Linda Moore motioned to go into nonpublic per RSA 91A-3 II for reasons of personnel, and Legal. Alecia Loveless seconded and roll call followed.

The board discussed a personnel issue and legal.

Sean Gawlik motioned to adjourn at 7:00. Alecia Loveless seconded. Motioned passed 4-0.
