ZBA Public Meeting

January 28, 2025

Minutes

 

Present: Andrea Bryant, Chris McGrath, David Van Houten, and Josh Lieberman

Absent: Ruth Heintz

 

 

Andrea Bryant opened the meeting at 6:06.

 

The board reviewed minutes from October 30th, 2024. Chris McGrath motioned to approve the minutes as written. David Van Houten seconded, motion carried 4-0

 

The Board reviewed the Annual Report written by Andrea Bryant with edits from the Clerk and Josh Lieberman. After some discussion and minor edits Andrea Bryant motioned to approve the 2024 Annual Report. Josh Lieberman seconded; motion passed 4-0

 

The Board set the next meeting date for April 15, 2025.

 

The Board discussed the sequencing of their last application in 2024 and asked the Clerk to reach out to NHMA for some clarification on the order applications should take place on projects needing more than one ZBA approval.

 

David Van Houten motioned to adjourn. Chris McGrath seconded; meeting adjourned at 6:23.
