Attendees: Kay Kerr, April Hibberd and Chris Jensen
The meeting began at 3 p.m.
The minutes of November 10, 2025, were approved.
Mr. Jensen made a motion to go into non-public. It was seconded by Ms. Kerr and unanimously approved. There was a review of three applications.
2025-47 was for a resident who had a dryer fire followed by the failure of a washing machine. The committee unanimously voted to purchase a washer-dryer set. The estimated cost was $1,700 plus delivery and other charges.
2025-48 was for a resident who needed new tires to be able to get to work and safely take a small child to daycare. The committee unanimously voted to spend $1,060 for tires that would be adequate in the winter and work in the summer.
2025-49 was for a resident who needed help buying clothes for a child. The committee unanimously approved providing $500 and covering any fees.
Mr. Jensen made a motion to come out of non-public. It was seconded by Ms. Hibberd and unanimously approved. The meeting ended at 3:20 p.m.
