o Application 2026-404-30-SD: Nancy Payton et. al. (Owner) Stephen Boulanger, Land
Surveyor (Agent), request for final review of a subdivision application. The proposal is to
subdivide the 77.64-acre parcel that is divided by the Littleton/Bethlehem Town Line.
The remaining 64.74 acres in Bethlehem will be accessed through Littleton. The property
access is located across from 203 Railroad Street in Littleton, and identified as Map 404
Lot 30, in the District II (D-2) Zone.
