The proposal is to transfer approximately 0.49 acres from Map 419 Lot 29 to Map 209, Lot 36-1 to provide Map 209, Lot 36-1 with road frontage. The properties are located at and abutting 3768 Main Street, and in the District II (D-2) Zone.
