BETHLEHEM ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Bethlehem Zoning Board will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the meeting room on the third floor of the Town Offices, 2155 Main Street, Bethlehem New Hampshire for:

 

Application 404-30-V-2026: Nancy Payton, et al. (Owners), Steven Boulanger (Agent) request final review of a variance application to allow reduced road frontage for the lot located on the Bethlehem/Littleton Town line. The property access is from Railroad Street in Littleton and is identified as Map 404 Lot 30, in the District II (D-2) Zone.

 

The public can participate in this hearing either in person or by Zoom video conference by following the link found on the Town of Bethlehem website: Bethlehemnh.gov.

Public comments are welcome in person at the hearing or may be submitted in writing to the Zoning Board prior to the meeting at:
