PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby given notice that the Bethlehem Planning Board will hold the following public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the meeting room on the third floor of the Town Offices, 2155 Main Street, Bethlehem New Hampshire for:
Application 2026-203-18-19SD: Bethlehem Country Club LLC (Owner) Gardner Kellogg, Land Surveyor (Agent), Request for final review of a lot line adjustment and subdivision application. The proposal includes annexing 0.45 acres from Map 203, Lot 18 to Map 203, Lot 19, resulting in Lot 19 containing a total of 1.45 acres. The remaining land of Map 203, Lot 18 is proposed to be subdivided into four (4) lots with approximate areas of 1.01 acres, 1.05 acres, 1.03 acres, and 1.06 acres. The properties are located between Prospect Street and Log Cabin Lane, identified as Map 203 Lots 18 & 19, in the District 1 (D-1) Zone.
The public can participate in this hearing either in person or by Zoom video conference by following the link found on the Town of Bethlehem website: Bethlehemnh.gov.
Public comments are welcome in person at the hearing or may be submitted in writing to the Planning Board prior to the meeting at:
