PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Bethlehem Planning Board will hold the following public hearings on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 6:00 pm. in the meeting room on the third floor of the Town Offices, 2155 Main Street, Bethlehem New Hampshire for:

Proposed Impact Fee Ordinance: The Planning Board will be holding the public hearing on the proposed Impact Fee Ordinance. The purpose of an impact fee ordinance allows a town to charge new development a one-time fee to help pay for public facilities that are needed as a result of that growth, such as roads, schools, or water and sewer infrastructure. The fees are collected when development occurs and must be used only for the specific improvements they are intended to support, so existing taxpayers are not left paying the full cost of growth.

Public comments are welcome in person at the hearing or may be submitted in writing to the Planning Board prior to the meeting at:
