Minutes of January 30, 2026 were approved.
Erin Talcott has resigned from Bethlehem Cares. Annalisa Blake was approached about becoming a member. CH made a motion to admit Annalisa Blake. TL seconded. Motion passed.
AH made a motion to go into non-public session. CJ seconded.
Discussion ensued regarding applications coming through without all the information requested. Bethlehem Cares goal is to focus on a real emergency. Applicants should not be filling out forms to pay basic bills, but rather for an extraordinary, unexpected instance that warrants help.
2026-3 (TH) Looking for any assistance available with no specific need. CJ made a motion to deny request based on lack of information. AH seconded. Motion passed. CJ will contact the applicant that their request has been denied.
TL made a motion to come out of non-public session. CH seconded.
Names were discussed for one more new member. April offered to take over writing thank you notes. CH went over the process of keeping track of all thank you notes that were sent out. TL will make up new return address labels.
AH reported that she made $125 from the bake sale (it still happened) at the deliberative meeting. CJ made a motion to thank AH for her efforts. AB seconded. Motion passed.
CH made a motion to adjourn. AB seconded. Motion passed.
