Attendees: Cheryl Jensen, Wendy Aldrich Jordan, Joanne Jones, KP Petersen, Veronica Morris and Colin Lunetta. Chris Jensen (alternate)

Absent: Ivan Ash and Rachelle Lyons

Minutes

The minutes of March 19^th were approved on a motion by Ms. Jensen and a second by Ms. Jones. Ms. Morris abstained since she missed the chronicled meeting.

Treasurer’s Report

Ms. Jones reported the “checking” account has $633. The savings account has $15,126 and eighty cents.

Transitions and Planning

There was a wide-ranging discussion about the organization of the commission during the coming year.  It included leadership and having a co-chair as well as chores such as taking minutes.

The meeting concluded at 6:30 on a motion by Ms. Petersen and a second by Ms. Morris.
