Bethlehem Board of Selectmen

Meeting Minutes

May 11th, 2026

In person – Selectman MacDonald, Selectwoman Knowles, Selectwoman Hibberd, and Selectwoman Strand.

Selectwoman Hibberd opened the meeting at 7:00 and motioned to go into Nonpublic for reasons of Personnel.  Selectman MacDonald seconded and roll call followed.

The board discussed the hiring process for the Bethlehem Fire Chief position.

Selectwoman Hibberd motioned to move forward with Joseph Wood as Bethlehem Fire Chief contingent on the background check.  Selectman MacDonald seconded and all were in favor.

Selectwoman Hibberd motioned to come out of Nonpublic.  Selectman MacDonald seconded and roll call followed.

Selectwoman Hibberd motioned to adjourn at 7:30. Selectman MacDonald seconded and all were in favor.
