Attendees: April Hibberd, Carol Haywood and Chris Jensen
The meeting began at 9:10 a.m.
Ms. Hibberd made a motion to go into non-public. It was seconded by Ms. Haywood and unanimously approved.
Case 2025-51 was considered. It is a request to replace four dangerously worn tires so a family can continue to get to work. Ms. Hibberd made a motion to spend up to $1,000. It was seconded by Ms. Haywood and unanimously approved. Mr. Jensen said he would contact the applicant and arrange for the tires.
Case 2025-50 was considered retroactively. It was an emergency request from a mother and daughter who were suddenly moving from a shelter to an apartment, but they had no beds.
The request came December 4th in the morning and they were moving at 1 p.m. Ms. Hibberd and Mr. Jensen purchased two inflatable mattresses, sheets and pillows at Wal-Mart for $257.
There was unanimous approval of the purchase.
Mr. Jensen made a motion to come out of non-public. It was seconded by Ms. Haywood and unanimously approved.
Mr. Jensen made a motion to approve the minutes of November 18, 2025. It was seconded by Ms. Hibberd and unanimously approved.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30.
