Bethlehem Cares meeting
November 28, 2023, 1 PM, Bethlehem Town Hall
In attendance: Chris Jensen, April Hibberd, Dawn Ferrringo, Alison Caruso, Carol Haywood, Tina
Lister, Christine Etter

Ms. Caruso makes a motion to approve minutes of October 12, 2023. Ms. Hibberd seconds. Motion
passed. Minutes approved.
Ms. Caruso has started checking on banks making donations.
Mr. Jensen motions to go into nonpublic session to discuss application #26. Ms. Hibberd seconds.
Motion passed.
Ms. Hibberd made a motion to approve $1450 towards application #26. Ms. Etter
seconded. Motion passed.
Mr. Jensen motions to leave nonpublic session. Ms. Haywood seconds it. Motion passed.
Discussion ensued about emailing for coordination of meetings. Ms. Ferringo will let Mr. Jensen
know when an application is in and he will email everyone to
coordinate a meeting time.
Ms. Caruso motions to adjourn. Ms. Hibberd seconded. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned 1:24 pm.
