PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW REGULATIONS AMENDMENT
TOWN OF BETHLEHEM
The Bethlehem Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall on Wednesday October 22, 2025 at 6:00pm to consider an amendment to the Town of Bethlehem Site Plan Review Regulations.
The proposed amendment would add a new section establishing noise regulations applicable to commercial and industrial uses. The purpose of the amendment is to establish measurable noise performance standards to minimize adverse impacts on neighboring properties and protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community.
After the public hearing, the Planning Board may vote to adopt the proposed amendment, with or without changes, in accordance with RSA 675:6.
Copies of the full text of the proposed amendment are available for public review at the Bethlehem Town Hall, during regular business hours.
The public can participate in this hearing either in person or by Zoom video conference by following the link found on the Town of Bethlehem website: Bethlehemnh.gov.
Public comments are welcome in person at the hearing or may be submitted in writing to the Planning Board prior to the meeting at:
